A traditional Bulgarian savoury pastry made with phyllo dough, feta cheese, yogurt, and farmer’s cheese. The cheese, yogurt, and farmer’s cheese I use are from ‘Rukatka’ – an orgainic dairy producer located in the village of Dragana, all of their products are of superb taste and quality.
